Are you prepared for the new CLP requirements coming into force in 2026?

Starting in 2025/2026, expanded CLP rules will apply (Regulation (EU) 2024/2865 and ATP 19/20), including new hazard classes (ED/PBT), additional EUH statements, stricter requirements on label size, readability and multilingual content, mandatory UFI codes, and recommended QR codes for direct e-SDS access (sources: ECHA / EU Commission).
