Safety data sheets for the Spanish market
A safety data sheet is not a form to fill in. It is the document your customers, your staff and, if it comes to it, the authorities rely on. We come from the laboratory and we work accordingly: carefully, traceably, with attention to the detail that makes the difference.
A translated safety data sheet is not a Spanish safety data sheet. We prepare, review and update them as native speakers and under Spanish law.
Review
You already have a Spanish safety data sheet and are not sure whether it holds up? We check it section by section: have the INSST exposure limits been applied, or does section 1.4 give the emergency number of the Instituto Nacional de Toxicología? Are the Spanish legal provisions correctly cited in section 15?
You receive a review report listing every deviation with a specific correction.

Preparation
We take the classification from your existing EU safety data sheet and build a standalone Spanish document from it, with the national exposure limits, the correct emergency number and the Spanish legal provisions.
From 180€ per document. Usually delivered within 3 working days.
Updating
Legal provisions and classifications change. We bring your existing documents up to the applicable standard, including the new hazard classes under Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/707, and deliver the revised document with a change log.
From 150€ per document. Usually delivered within 5 working days.
SDS for the German and European market
Not every project goes to Spain. We also prepare, review and update safety data sheets for the German and European markets, in accordance with REACH Annex II and TRGS 220.
For substances already on the market, the deadline is 1 November 2026. For mixtures already on the market, 1 May 2028.
From 290€ per document. Delivery by arrangement.
